January 2027 Season Notes

  • The State Bar of Nevada states that the traditional six-essay, MBE, and Nevada Performance Test format ended after the July 2026 administration.
  • The Nevada Plan rules went into effect on January 19, 2026, and January 2027 preparation should use the FLE, LPE, SPP, and MPRE pathway.
  • NCBE still lists Nevada as a jurisdiction-drafted exam requiring MBE and MPRE, so public copy should treat the current State Bar of Nevada Nevada Plan pages as controlling and recheck before release.
